The 100 hours includes asanas, mantras, mudras, pranayama, yoga flow, energetic dance, yoga nidra, meditation, chakras, philosophy !
Starting at 9:00am with cleaning and mantras chanting
9:15am ~ Yoga and Meditation
10:30am ~ light breakfast
11:30am ~ Dance exercises
1:30pm ~ vegetarian lunch
3:30~ Theory and energetic exercises
5:00~ Yoga dance and Meditation
Date: 22nd till 31st October
Evaluation
Make a written test in the last day, give a yoga class, write an essay, write about
various topics and make a video of a class (have 3 months to do so)
