100 h Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica.
100 hours of Yoga Instructor training certified by Yoga Alliance International from India.
Date: 14 till 23 December 2018, in Liberia, Guanacaste.
Package includes: organic food, teas, breakfast, vegetarian lunch, fruits, light dinner, manual and diploma!
Our 100 hours certified training must agree with the standards from Yoga Alliance International from India.
You will have a great experience and learn how to be a great teacher in a wonderful natural environment, surrounded with breathtaking tropical nature. Only 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the pacific coast.
The 100 hours includes asanas, mantras, mudras, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, yoga nidra, meditation, chakras, history, philosophy and anatomy.
Starting at 8:00am with cleaning and mantras chanting
8:15am ~ Yoga and Meditation
9:30am ~ light breakfast
10:30am ~ Theory and lecture
1:00pm ~ vegetarian lunch
2:00pm ~ Yoga therapy, theory and lecture
4:00pm ~ Yoga integral and Meditation

Evaluation
Make a written test in the last day, give a yoga class, write an essay, write about
